Hi, I'm Deborah— the maker behind Rum Reef. Every step, from the first cut to the final stitch, is done by me in my beachside studio in Cape Canaveral, Florida. 

I use Portuguese cork, canvas, and salt-friendly materials to create pieces that feel relaxed but reliable — like something you’ll carry for years, not just a season. 

My colors stay close to the coast: aqua, teal, and blue in the Tropic Waters collection; warm neutrals and cork in Beach Walk; tropical greens and prints in Exotic Garden. Fabrics and accents change with the seasons, but the palette remains tightly curated.
